MorgueFile - contains free high resolution digital stock photography for either corporate or public use.
Istockphoto - Professional paid site with free images every week.
Image After - is a large online free photo collection. You can download and use any image or texture from our site and use it in your own work, either personal or commercial.
Dreamstime - download high resolution stock images for free, while also having the option to purchase RF licensed images.

Vecteezy is a massive collection of free vector art from hundreds of designs which you can download for free.
Just the one above, Freevectors.net is a great source of vector images free to download.
QVectors is a vector art gallery with high-quality free vectors.
Cool Vectors is full with a growing number of special vector art downloads.
Vector4Free is a vector blog publishes free vector art downloads and has a rich archive built up already.
Vectorart.org the original opensource free vector art gallery.
AiVault vector freebies and resources.
Freebieslinkshare is a great way to find free resources such as vectors.

Blue Vertigo is a resource site for designers offering free and non-free design resources.

Dafont is one of the largest site offering plenty of fonts for free download.
High Fonts free fonts and a giraffe(?) 
1001 free fonts as it says a nice collection of free fonts.
FontDiner offers a good selection of free download.
Urbanfonts for free fonts and dingbats.

WORDPRESS
Smashinmagazine - already published several collections of gems on the web. They had two articles, one with 83 free beautifully designed Wordpress themes. They also posted a collection of 100 excellent themes

Danny Outlaw at OutlawDesignBlog posted a useful pre-design questionnaire for web design projects
David Airey also sharing his Logo design questionnaire on his blog
DesignersTalk published a vast list of corporate id guidelines which can be great help with corporate identity
Designspring created a very useful website design questionaire
Alex from AlexaDesigns offers a Web Site Project Worksheet which can be really helpful for both you and your client.

ComputerArts - full of inspiration international creative magazine not just for designers. It has it’s sister magazine the Computer Art Projects which focuses on a specific topic every month.
.Net Magazine - practical advice for designers and developers. They cover a wide range of topics essential for web builders.
Creative Review - is a leading international magazine for visual communication and a great source of inspiration and beautiful design.
ImagineFX - if you are interested in illustration you are going to be blown away by the works you can find in this magazine. Imagine FX is the leading magazine for Fantasy and Sci-Fi Digital Art showcasing breathtaking works and containing useful tutorials and resources.
Pdf-mags - Is a great resource of a massive collection of pdf magazines.
Smashing Magazine - information for all. It’s a must for all designers.
David Airey - is an Edinburgh based logo designer sharing his knowledge about graphic and logo design. He is also the man behind Logo Design Love.
Graphic Design Blog - Tara writes about graphic design, freelancing, illustration, and web design.
Just Creative Design - Jacob Cass’ blog about all subjects of design, offering free graphic design tips.
Freelanceswitch - already mentioned on this page. It’s a reference for all freelancers. Another must.
Behance - is still in beta however already gathered a huge amount of professional portfolios from all over the world. Also contains very useful tips and articles about the creative industry.
DeviantArt - probably the largest online art community with cheap membership and great members. You can sell your artwork and get connected with a massive community.
Sitepoint - a wide range of articles from webdesign, webdevelopment, marketing, CSS, Ajax. They are also the editors of many books about web design and often have great offers on the site.

OTHER USEFUL STUFF
